Each candidate has to present a speech to their classes and are chosen based on their enthusiasm, commitment and dedication to making a difference at the school.

The children are driven to be a part of change in many areas of the school. They decide to focus on initiatives based on environmental issues, playtime and club suggestions and also canvas their peers too find out what ideas other children my have.

As the video shows they have already been responsible for a lot of important changes and continue to be instrumental in ensuring all children voices are heard.
