After a really smooth flight (and a lovely shoutout from the Cabin Crew over the tannoy when we landed) we have arrived safely in America. As a special treat when we landed, the pilot invited us into the cockpit to see how the plane worked and pose for a photo or two!
We’ve also checked into our Airbnb and are now getting a bit of dinner before going to bed and hopefully beating the jet lag!
Today we’ve learnt that there is actually a 4 o’clock in the morning, as well as the afternoon! Despite the early start we’re on the coach and officially on our way to AMERICA!! Time for a snooze… 😴
We’ve just received a lovely Good Luck message from our teacher friend in Singapore, Aisha Kristiansen. Aisha is the coach for two teams – the Roarbots and the LEGO Lions and the teams have been sharing ideas and tips all year through their shared Padlet
We’ve just completed our final practice runs for the Robot Games, earning a max score of 315 on our best run. We’re really hoping to recreate this at the event in Massachusetts 🤞🏻 We also gave the robot a quick inspection before packing it away
